Foam Party Zone is headquartered in Batavia, NY, right in the heart of Western New York, halfway between Buffalo and Rochester on the I-90 corridor. That central location means we can reach most of WNY within an hour.
We're a fully mobile operation. Our professional foam cannon, trained operator, and all the equipment travel to your location, whether that's a backyard in Amherst, a park in Greece, a school field in Batavia, or a church parking lot in Lancaster. We typically serve communities within about 60 miles of Batavia, which covers the entire Buffalo metro, the Rochester metro, and everywhere in between.
There are no extra travel fees within our standard service area. The price you see is the price you pay. Setup, operation, cleanup, and travel included. We arrive early, handle everything, and leave your venue clean when the party's over.

How Travel & Setup Works
We're a fully mobile service. We come to you, set up everything, run the party, and clean up when it's over. There are no hidden fees, no travel surcharges, and no extra charges for setup or breakdown within our service area.
Our team arrives 30–45 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up the foam cannon and equipment. When the party ends, we handle all cleanup and pack out. You don't lift a finger. Your yard or venue is left clean and dry (the foam dissolves naturally within minutes).
Works at Almost Any Outdoor Venue
Backyards, parks, school fields, church parking lots, event venues. If it's outdoors, we can probably make it work. Here's what we need from your location:
- A flat outdoor area, at least 20 x 20 feet (bigger is better!)
- Access to a water spigot (standard garden hose connection)
- We bring everything else: foam cannon, solution, hoses, and a trained operator

Absolutely. We regularly set up at public parks, school grounds, church parking lots, sports fields, and community centers. We just need a flat area of at least 20 x 20 feet and access to a water spigot. You may need a permit from your municipality for public venues.

We need access to a standard garden hose spigot to operate the foam cannon. If your venue doesn't have one nearby, let us know. We can sometimes work with longer hose runs or alternative water sources. Call to discuss your setup.
Yes. Foam Party Zone is fully insured, and we provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request at no extra charge. This is standard for schools, churches, parks departments, and municipal venues. Just ask when booking.
